Rackwick from the slopes of Moor Fea, Hoy, Orkney Islands.

The crofting township of Rackwick on the island of Hoy is considered one of the most beautiful places in Orkney. Bounded by towering 200m cliffs and steep heathery hills, it lies beside a fine sand and boulder strewn beach. The walk to the Old Man of Hoy starts here. Hoy (from Norse Háey meaning "high island") measures 143 square kilometres (55 sq mi) contains Orkney's highest point, Ward Hill, at 481 m (1,578 ft).
