An F-16 Fighting Falcon, assigned to the 35th Fighter Wing, 20 mm bullets hit targets at Draughon Range at Misawa City, Japan, Aug. 2, 2017. Not only is the range used by the 35th Fighter Wing, but the Japan Air Self-Defense Force, also known as the Koku-Jieitai, 3rd Air Wing’s F-2 Mitsubishis use the location for training their pilots. Any time the range is in use, personnel brief all pilots the types of ammunition they are allowed to use. ( Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Sadie Colbert)
