221128-N-ER894-1073 PHILIPPINE SEA (Nov. 28, 2022) Sailors aboard the Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), stand in formation after receiving their frocking letters during a frocking ceremony in the Philippine Sea, Nov. 28. During the ceremony, more than 240 Sailors were frocked to the next paygrade. Ronald Reagan, the flagship of Carrier Strike Group 5, provides a combat-ready force that protects and defends the United States, and supports Alliances, partnerships and collective maritime interests in the Indo-Pacific region.
