Letter from William Penn, founder of Pennsylvania, to Colonel Henry Sydney, Envoy at the Hague, afterwards Viscount Sydney and Earl of Romney, on the mutability and corruption of the world, mentioning his 'new granted province in America' and asking for a letter to Colonel Russell in belhalf of Lieutenant Cook.
