Rep. Tom MacArthur, R-3rd of Tom's River, , speaks at the KC-46A Pegasus groundbreaking ceremony, held at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst Dec. 3. Base leaders and state representatives took part in the ceremony, which represented the beginning of an $ million two-bay hanger construction, part of a larger $ million project, to house 24 new KC-46 Pegasus refueling jets. The KC-46, set to start arriving the summer of 2021, will replace the base's current KC-10 Extender aircraft.
