(April 7, 2016) - Naval Aircrewman (Helicopter) 1st Class David Finn, stationed with the Research, Development, Testing, and Evaluation (RDT&E) helicopter squadron, "Dragonmasters," operates as one of the flight crew on a MH-60S Seahawk for a photo exercise above Naval Support Activity Panama City. The dragonmasters are part of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division where there mission is RDT&E for airborne mine counter measures.
