This image may not be used to state or imply ESA endorsement of any company or product Titan's surface as seen by the spaceprobe Huygens on January 14th 2005. The image has been processed to give a suitable indication of the actual colour on the surface. The two rock-like objects just below the centre of the image are about 15cm (left) and 4cm (centre) across at a distance of about 85cm from Huygens. The surface is darker than expected and consists of a mixture of water and hydrocarbon ice. Some evidence of erosion is evident at the base of these objects.
