CONSTANTA, Romania - A Gottwald HMK 6107 Mobile Harbor Crane lifts a M1A2 Abrams Tank onto a flatcar railway June 25, 2016 at the Port of Constanta, Romania. The tank was one of nearly 300 vehicles that arrived at the port on June 19. The vehicles will be taken to Cincu, Romania where they will be used by Soldiers from the 116th Cavalry Brigade Combat Team (CBCT), Idaho Army National Guard during Exercise Saber Guardian.
