SILVERDALE, Wash. (April 21, 2017) Ship's Serviceman 1st Class Jiong Lui, from Brooklyn, New York, participates in an Earth Day cleanup aboard Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor. The Department of the Navy joined the nation in celebration of the 47th annual Earth Day, with this year's theme being "Building Strength Through Stewardship".
