Volunteer Police Cadets with Union jack flags watching an army parade through Hammersmith, London. The Volunteer Police Cadets (VPC) is an uniformed voluntary youth organisation, supported by The Metropolitan Police Service, open to young people aged between 14 -19 from across London’s diverse communities On 11/3/2012 some 150 troops from the Territorial Army regiment The Royal Yeomanry marching through the streets of Hammersmith accompanied by their Guidons (Colours), the Regimental Band of the Royal Yeomanry, and four tracked vehicles. The parades ended at a reception hosted by the Mayor & held at the town hall to honour the bravery and safe return from operations of members of the Regiment.
