In May 1955, Nikita Khrushchev traveled to Belgrade to meet with Josip Tito; this trip culminated in the Belgrade Declaration. Here Khrushchev and Bulganin are touring an underground facility, possibly the remains of the fort on which the Monument to the Unknown Hero was built.
