Vietnamese farmers uncrate new farm tools at the Combined Holding and Interrogation Center (CHIC) near Quang Ngai City. They are temporarily staying at the center while Marines carry out Operation Bold Mariner to flush out the Viet Cong from the Batangan Peninsula. The farmers will return to their villages with the new tools after the operation.
