Christopher Tepera, presents Hospital Corpsman First Class RoseAnn Garcia the Chief Stuart Hedley Leadership Award 2020 on August 13, 2021 at the NMRTC PH Headquarters. The award recognizes Sailors for their outstanding leadership, mentorship, and volunteerism that positively impacts their command and/or community. Stuart Hedley was a Pearl Harbor survivor and Navy veteran who spent his life speaking at remembrance events and service organizations. He served twenty years of active duty service

Stuart Hedley was a Pearl Harbor survivor and Navy veteran who spent his life speaking at remembrance events and service organizations. He served twenty years of active duty service to our country and fifty years to the San Diego community. He passed away on August 4, 2021.
