The Italian Citroen donated to Pope Pius XI a special sedan set up entirely in its Milan premises. The car was equipped with a "signaler" inside the controls to the driver (a common accessory on the great master saloons of the time) and the interior decoration was in the style of "seven hundred Venetian", with the ornamental part made of carved Amazonia wood and golden.
