PORT HUENEME, Calif. (Jan. 26, 2017) - A Sailor stationed aboard amphibious transport dock ship USS San Diego (LPD 22) uses hand signals to guide a Seabee assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 as they drive a humble off the ship during the Loading Exercise (LOADEX), Jan. 26. The LOADEX is designed to train Sailors with rapid response capabilities to support recovery efforts and assist local authorities following man-made and natural disasters.
