The Dovecote, or Columbarium, in Llantwit Major in the Vale of Glamorgan, South Wales.
Columbariums were built to 'house' pigeons in - for both their eggs and as a ready source of fresh meat as well. This one in Llantwt Major was built it is believed by monks from Tewkesbury Abbey and still stands today. Some Llantwit Major history.
