MADISON, Wis., (April 22, 2017) – University of Wisconsin-Madison Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) midshipmen spread out mulch on the grounds of the William S. Middleton Veterans Hospital here, April 22. More than 60 UW-Madison NROTC midshipmen visited with staff, inpatient and outpatient vets and helped with an Earth Day cleanup of the hospital grounds.
