ROADS Through the wise, though somewhat belated, action of the Government, the park roads have now reached anadvanced stage of perfection. New roads have been constructed,old ones repaired, widened and realigned, cut-offs made, gradesreduced, roadbed solidified, etc., until a great change has been madein them. More than this, a system of road sprinkling has been establishedthat largely eradicates the trouble from dust that has at timesbeen provoking. One hundred miles, or more, of roads will besprinkled during 1905, large four-horse wagons being used for
