An Irish style round tower is at the centre of the village of Abernethy, Perthshire, Scotland, UK.

The village of Abernethy was a principal centre of Christianity during the Dark Ages, in the Pictish kingdom of Strathearn. The skyline is dominated by the Irish style round tower built in the late medieval period, one of only three still standing outside of Ireland.
