Sgt. 1st Class Tammie Franklin, 21st Theater Sustainment Command sexual assault response coordinator, briefs at the 2018 Senior Leaders Forum at the Armstrong Club on Vogelweh Housing Complex, Jan 9-10. The Senior Leaders Forum served as an opportunity for senior enlisted advisors and senior officers to discuss readiness, Saber Strike 18 and various operations happening throughout the European Theater. They also discussed the accomplishments and short comings of the previous year.
