AUSTIN – (March. 22, 2017) Dallas native, Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician 1st Class Connor Antkowski of EOD Mobile Unit 11, EOD Group One based in San Diego and (rt) Senior Chief EOD Technician Dominic Juarez of EOD Group 1 assist a student with donning a bomb suit at William B.
