A volunteer wearing a transparent cloth face mask for people with deaf and dumb group of solidarity women have created the "Fils amb Cor" initiative (sewing with the heart) where they make clothing masks with different coloured fabrics, transparent and resistant plastic so deaf and dumb people can read lips and express themselves with the language of signs, they also co-manufacture full protective suits for the health personnel of El Vendrell Hospital in the fight against the Covid-19.
