Kompasdoos, anonymous, c. 1590 - c. 1596 compass Outer compass box consisting of a round straight -walled box with an excellent edge at the bottom and a slightly recovering edge at the top. The compass box is open at the top and has a round hole of 82 mm diameter in the bottom.
