Depth range 175 to 925 m, most frequently ( of occurrences) on the bathybenthal slope between 500 and 550 m, and % of occurrences from depths of 250 to 900 m. Survey data provide a more precise northern limit in the Bering Sea, extend the known range westward in the Aleutian Islands, and provide a new maximum depth record.
