A Soldier assigned to 2nd Infantry Division Sustainment Brigade holds the Medal of Honor awarded to Army Sgt. 1st Class William Sitman, 23rd Infantry Regiment, 2ID, at the 2ID museum March 6, 2019, on Camp Humphreys, Republic of Korea. Sitman was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for shielding his fellow Soldiers from a grenade.
