"Image 210051 from the collection of World War I photographs shows Sgt. James L. McGarrigle, a member of the American military. The photograph was taken on October 4th, 1918 at Camp Meade, Admiral, Maryland. The image captures a scene of men in the process of dressing, possibly outfitting recruits. The photograph was released by the censor on October 14th, 1918 and includes additional notes (Issue B).
