(April 16, 2017) Navy Seabees, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3’s Construction Civic Action Detail Timor-Leste, board a Air Force C17, from the 62nd Airlift Wing, for transport to Timor-Leste on the flight line at Naval Base Ventura County. NMCB 3 is relieving NMCB 5 as the forward deployed NMCB in the Pacific.
