Mayan carving known as "Bird – jaguar – snake" from a pillar which belonged to Chichen Itza.
Blocked engraved in low relief which was part of a pillar in Chichen Itza, depicting an figure known as "Bird–Jaguar–Snake". This image of a man emerging from the mouth of a monster was emblematic for the "New Chichen" group and It symbolizes the snake of war. The piece can be found in the museum at Dzibilchaltun archeological site.
