The two sides of Brixham in Devon, UK. Fishing nets lie on the quayside, next to small fishing boats and pleasure craft in the harbour. Holidaymakers can be seen walking along the quayside. Restaurants, cafes, pubs, holiday apartments and houses can be seen in the background. Brixham is a major fishing port in Devon, in the South West of England. Trawlers sail in and out of the harbour 24 hours a day, into the commercial side of the harbour. This does not interfere with the holidaymakers, and the holidaymakers do not interfere with the fishing fleet. Most visitors to Brixham enjoy the fresh fish and shellfish available in local restaurants, cafes and fishmongers, which is all purchased from the local fish market every morning.
