A safety brief is given to runners participating in the 22nd Annual Swamp Romp 5K Mud Run aboard Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Feb. 6, 2016. The mile course consisted of 16 obstacles set up by Combat Logistics Battalion 3. Obstacles ranged from low crawling in mud to sliding down a water slide into a pond.
