Dwayne Shell and Kenny Cole skin a trophy buck as a hunter waits for the "rack" outside of Cole's Meat Processing in Vilas, North Carolina. Because his facility is the only one of its kind in the area, hunters come to Cole's from North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia to have their fresh kill cleaned and made into everything from sausage to filets. Cole expects between 50 and 80 deer to be brought to him on opening day.
