Morton speaks to attendees at the Cyber and Information Operations Symposium about opportunities and benefits of becoming a warrant officer in the cyber, military intelligence and signal fields. The symposium was the first of its kind for the Maryland National Guard and was hosted by the 110th IO Battalion at the Annapolis Readiness Center, Nov. 19, and provided an opportunity for experts in these fields to share information and build relationships.
