Army Master Sgt. James Geter, 335th Signal Command (Theater) (Provisional), marches during the Presidents Day 10K Ruck Sack March at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Feb. 18, 2019. The event is held in honor of George Washington, the first President of the United States and is in line with the Army's modernization strategy to make Soldiers and units more lethal to win our nation's wars, then come home safely.
