Coast Guard Cutter Charles David Jr. (WPC-1107) crew assists Thursday Feb. 28, 2019 the Pelican of London, a United Kingdom 149-foot sail vessel with 42 passengers aboard that was unable to start their engines due to an electrical issue. The Charles David Jr. safely towed the sail vessel to Key West for repairs.
