Treehouse Study Centre being constructed. This building was constructed as part of the Countryside Education Trust (CET) Treehouse Project, on the edge of the New Forest, near the village of Beaulieu, Hampshire, England. The Treehouse Study Centre was designed by Samantha Sherwood, an architecture student from Oxford Brookes University, and built using sustainable wood sources. Environmentally friendly features include biomass heating, solar panels, natural insulation and rainwater for toilet water. The New Forest Treehouse Study Centre opened in October 2008.
