170113-N-JN506-001 APRA HARBOR, Guam (JAN 13, 2016) Japanese dignitaries tour the torpedo room with Minister of Defense Tomomi Inada, aboard the Los Angeles-class attack submarine USS Oklahoma City (SSN 723). While onboard, Inada, accompanied by Lt. Gen., Jerry P. Martinez, Commander United States Forces, Japan, was briefed on the Oklahoma City’s mission and maritime capabilities.
