NIAGARA FALLS, NEW YORK - Airmen from the New York Air National Guard conduct a hazardous environment drill at the climax of a week-long Emergency Management Course at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station on August 9, 2014. During this scenario, emergency managers respond to a suspected meth lab in an abandoned factory. A recon team approaches the building, recording everything on camera while gathering readings.
