For some years most of these have been furnished to th«builders by Messrs. Benton, of 105 East Ninth street. They have the right for New York State for theWaterwitch oar-lock, an entirely new device, by which the oar is heldfast to the , but can be moved in any direction for rowing orsculling with perfect freedom. Besides brasswork, the firm alsobuild boats and canoes of all descriptions for rowing, sailing, cruis-ing, hunting and fishing.
