Diagnosis. Distinguished from similar species {Ph. negara. Ph. sumatraensis, Ph. ruteng) by male palpal morphology (Figs. 1420, 1421; shapes of procursus, uncus, and appendix), and female genitaha (Figs. 1394, 1423; similar to Ph. negara; female of Ph. su- matraensis unknown). 284.
