YOKOSUKA, Japan – Chief Petty Officers from Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka prepare for morning colors to celebrate the 125th birthday of the rank of chief petty officer. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
