The rear entrance door serves as an outside entrance to the kitchen and to thecellar. The relation between bedrooms and bathroom is good. A front vestibule and coat space are absolutely necessary for comfort in a planof this character. Lack of closet accommodation throughout the liouse might be cliarsed againstthe scheme. The accompanying illustration of the plan and front elevation indicates that thewalls of this house are of frame with stucco finish, but in this particular case it wasfinally decided to builrl the outer walls of solid brick. 10f. fUDKI- Il:YaI10N
