He is a well-made colt, ofgreat power, and free from lumber throughout,beginning with a good head and neck, running intodeep well-laid shoulders, good middle and loins?with strong quarters and nicely formed limbs andfeet. Tom King is a very gay horse when outcarrying his head well up with capital action, nodwelling or flourishing, but striking out straight?right and left, in a style that would keep anyawake who tried to walk alongside him.
