Freshly husked arabica coffee beans just after the harvest in Bamoun country, Cameroon

Small plantation of the chief of the village, introduced by himself. Local plantation owners have no machinery to process the green beans, and no way to export them: traders visit the villages and buy husked beans that are exported from Douala. These beans are roasted in Europe.
