Non Exclusive: KYIV, UKRAINE - APRIL 22, 2023 - Iconographer Oleksandr Klymenko attends the presentation of the Sophia's Deisis, a series of icons created together with Sonia Atlantova, at Saint Sophia Cathedral, Kyiv, capital of Ukraine. The Sophia's Deisis consists of 11 artoworks painted on the remains of ammunition boxes left after the Battle of Kyiv in spring 2022. Part of the Icons on Ammo Boxes Project, the creations commemorate the perished personnel of Territorial Defence Forces brigades from Kyiv and Kyiv Region.
