Age 40; occupationbailiff; married three years; one child. Family historynegative, excepting an aunt complained of pains resem-bling gastric crises. Previous history. Ordinary dis-eases of childhood; no other disease, excepting gonor-rhea at 18 and ptomaine poisoning in 1909. Had Was-sermann in 1911 negative.
