The Lahore Gate of the famed Red Fort, or Lal Qila, in Shahjahanabad, Old Delhi, India. The gate, made famous by the post Independence speeches given there by Jawaharlal Nehru and others, is also where the current prime ministers address the country on Independence Day, August 15. The Red Fort was built by Shah Jahan between 1638-1648.
