Members of Canadian Auto Workers Union local 27 keep a watch over a completely but yet to be painted locomotive that was manufactured in London at ElectroMotive. The company owned by Caterpillar locked out its workers on January 1, 2012. Caterpillar is seeking a court injunction that would allow the engine to move from Ingersoll to the paint shop to be painted and delivered.
