A turn of the 20th century illustration by Edward Penfield (1866-1925) considered by many to be the father of the American poster. Featuring a young woman in a field of sheep and spring lambs in Harper’s Magazine, the oldest general-interest monthly in America.

: These magazine covers are often faded, creased and torn, with sections missing. They have therefore been restored as near as possible to their original condition.
