The annual Italian Service of Remembrance 2018 held in the Italian Plot at the CWGC Brookwood Military Cemetery UK with the Italian Ambassador to the UK Raffaele Trombetta & Consul General Marco Villani and veterans, military personnel, family and friends. The men honoured and lying at rest here were originally prisoners of war (until Italy became a co-belligerent) and died in the UK. The Italian plot is in the care of the CWGC. The ceremony honours all Italian war dead.
