Moors (Harvard, 1842), then pastor atDeerfield, began to hold services in the church, and in 1860the society was reorganized. In April of that year was installed pastor. A small church edifice was built in 1837. It was enlargedin 1861, and again in 1867. THE BAPTIST CHURCH was organized Feb. 4, 18-52. The house of worship was builtin 1855-56. The first pastor was Rev. J. H. Seaver. He wassucceeded by Rev. W. F. Nelson, Rev. W. W. Ames, Colesworthy, Rev. 0. Tracy, Rev. S. Remington,
